Just a quick update – the Water Board has posted the draft alternative compliance and other forms on its website! Thank you Kathy Mrowka, Paul Wells, and Michael George.
Go get the drafts, comment on them, and send your comments to the Board. The slide shows are also posted as PDFs. The Delta presentation is very useful and worth your time to read it.
I have not checked to see if the video recordings of the presentations are recorded yet. They will be; you might get a better understanding watching the Q&A parts of those.
