Water Board Says: Measure Your Reservoir. How?

The water level loggers are on a rope tied to a buoy, and a raft has to be used to lift and download the loggers.
The logger is at the end of a cable inside a pipe, with the data collector at the top in a NEMA box. The logger is downloaded several times per year at the dam.
The logger is in metal conduit at the bottom of the reservoir. The telemetry unit uploads hourly depths to a website. Data is pulled from the website as often as needed and converted to storage volumes.
